Perform Better Sport Club (PBSC) was founded exactly two years ago after identifying a lack of awareness in UK around the all-round benefits of gymnastics.

Since then, the club has gone from strength to strength, earning much praise from local parents and students.
Our staff is very experienced and carefully selected to fulfill club standards. We all have a professional background in sport, high level coaching and teaching qualifications.

We provide daily gymnastics, trampolining and freestyle gymnastics sessions at different venues in North London ( Southburry Leisure Centre - Enfield, Wood House College - Finchley, Barnet). We also run gymnastics and other sport classes in local schools ( after school club or PPA).

Our club is affiliated to British Gymnastics and has the relevant public and employers liability insurance policies in place.
We provide opportunities for young people to experience high quality training in a safe and welcoming environment with professional coaches. We follow British Gymnastics proficiency award, so children work towards specific levels. Advanced gymnast will go on to attend regional competitions.

We are recruiting periodically from our classes students who show a keen interest towards gymnastics to help them acquire qualifications and become our next coaches.

In brief, PBSC’s mission statement is to provide affordable opportunities to the local community to practice gymnastics and also to identify and develop up and coming young gymnast.

At PBSC, we consider safety to be of paramount importance. Our club is affiliated with British Gymnastics, and all members of our coaching team are also registered, qualified, CRB checked and insured through BG.
This means we follow BG rules, policies, code of conduct.

British Gymnastics membership and insurance is compulsory for any gymnast joining our classes, ensuring you are properly protected. It cost £20 and is payable once a year (starts on 1st October and expires on 30 September, of the following year).

People of any age can enjoy gymnastics. It is a great way to keep fit and is proven to be a great foundation for most of the sports. It improves agility, strength, coordination, special awareness and it’s also a great fun.

For one child their dream may be to perform a cartwheel - for another it may be to become an Olympic champion.

PBSC aims is to help both make their dream come true!

We will give you an honest assessment of your potential and outline opportunities that may open up for you and help you in the direction you should follow in order to achieve your dreams.
